The demand for a lightweight living-cell induced the development of the Vikon. With a wider entrance and particularly more storage room. This model requires the disassembly of the load bed which leads to multiple benefits. On the one hand we save a lot of weight and thus increase the usable vehicle load capacity. But the by far biggest advantage is the storage room that is gained.
This additional space can be utilized in different ways. Be it for carrying two spare wheels, storage compartment that is accessible from outside or for design elements.
Another Advantage is, that instead of the load bed, some facilities such as tanks and heater can be fitted beneath the cabin and thereby lowering the centre of gravity as low as possible.
