We process the following data and data categories based on legitimate interests (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit f GDPR):

• social media IDs (if available and provided by you)
• Device information (e.g. operating system used, device ID, country code of mobile phones and other devices used etc.)
• Activity data (e.g. time of access to our website, accessed website, etc.)

• IP address and name of your Internet service provider

• the information about our offer and in the improvement and personalization of our offer,
• checking the security of our IT systems and the technical administration of our websites.

Recipients or categories of recipients of personal data:
If this proves necessary, we will transmit the personal data concerning you to the following recipients or categories of recipients:

• We embed YouTube videos and maps from Google Maps on our website. YouTube and Google Maps are services from Google Inc. We occasionally use so-called social plugins or like buttons from Facebook and Google+ in our emails or on the website. In this case, Facebook and Google will also receive the data provided. Facebook and Google can also connect to Facebook or Google Login. Facebook is operated by Facebook In., 1601 S. Calivornia Avenue, CA 94303, USA. Google+ is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Pkwy Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. We have no influence on the content of the plugins and the transmission of information to Facebook or Google. • The server logs - should there have been a hack attack - will be passed on to the law enforcement authorities.

There is no further transfer to third parties.

Duration of data processing:

• The server logs are saved in order to be able to check system security, technically administer the website and optimize our services. The server logs are stored for a maximum of one year.

reCaptcha:
We use Google reCAPTCHA from Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheater Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) to prevent spam. The legal basis for the use is Article 6 (1) f (lawfulness of processing), because there is a legitimate interest in protecting this website from bots and spam.

reCAPTCHA is a free service that protects websites from spam and abuse. It uses advanced risk analysis techniques to keep people and bots apart. With the new API, a significant number of your valid human users will pass the reCAPTCHA challenge without having to solve a CAPTCHA. We use reCAPTCHA to secure forms. By using reCAPTCHA, data is transmitted to Google that Google uses to determine whether the visitor is a human or a (spam) bot. Google Ads:
When visiting this website, personal data is processed. The processed data categories include information about the use of the website as well as logging clicks on individual elements. The purpose of this processing is to investigate user behavior, analyze the effectiveness of online marketing measures, and select online advertising on other platforms through Real-Time Bidding based on user behavior. The legal basis for data processing is your consent according to Art. 6 (1) a GDPR. Data is transmitted to the independent data controller, Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland cloud.google.com. The legal basis for the transfer of data to Google Ireland Limited is also your consent according to Art. 6 (1) a GDPR. This transmission may also involve the transfer of personal data to a country outside the European Union.


Matomo and data processing for analysis purposes:
This website uses Matomo, a web analysis service hosted on our servers which enables us to do an analysis of website access. Information about your use of this website (including your IP address, part of which is masked, and your user agent string) is stored anonymously on our servers in order to generate reports on website activity. We need these to optimize our services and to understand the general traffic on our site. Your information will not be passed on to third parties. We use so-called "cookies", i. H.
